This 5-minute dynamic vinyasa flow for your back will help your mobility and stiff feeling in the morning. Best cure for back pain is to get up and move so here is a very short, yet efficient way of moving with a yoga flow that will help your sore back. Especially if you have sat behind your desk all day, the twists included in this routine will be so good for you!
