I decided to upload my favorite BACK TO BASICS when it comes to booty building. These exercises always help me get back into the zone if I have fallen off or lost a little motivation. They will burn your booty so much!!! Unless stated below the weight is going to be medium heavy/heavy after your warm (which is not seen in the video but will be listed below in the workout breakdown!)

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:

– WARM UP:
(Not shown – 12 minutes on the stair master with a resistance band right above your knees on speed medium)

-Shown: Weighted Warm up: Hip abductor machine weight 160 lbs 5 sets of 25 reps
– Deadlifts – 50 lbs (4 sets of 15 reps)

STRETCH

Workout begins:

– 4 Pulse Goblet Squats – 40 lbs (4 sets of 10)
– Rockin-By-Baby Deadlifts – 30 lbs (not including the 40 lbs bar used) (5 sets of 8-10) KEEP YOUR KNEES STABILIZED & USE YOUR GLUTES TO PULL YOU BACK UP!
– Single Leg Elevated Goblet Squat – 90 lbs (4 sets of 12 ea side)
– Triple Pulse Jumping Squats – 50 lbs (5 sets of 10)
– Good morning pulses – 50 lbs (4 sets of 15)
-Banded Partial Squat Side Walk – 50 lbs & heavy resistance band (5 sets of 8 reps)
– Big Banded Deadlifts – 70 lbs kettle bell & heavy band (5 sets of 12)
– Big Banded Pulse Deadlifts – 70 lbs kettle bell & heavy band (5 sets of 12)
