The health benefits of eating soaked dry ANJEER (FIG) during pregnancy. Figs have good amount of calcium to strengthen the bones of the developing baby. They help improve digestion During Pregnancy. Figs are source of natural sugar and omega fatty acids. Figs are rich source of vitamin A, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2. It cures weakened nervous system. Soaked Dry Figs are highly effective when boiled in milk. Adding honey to Soaked Dry figs with warm water can heal sore throats and coughs during Pregnancy. Eating too much of Soaked Dry Figs may root to diarrhea. You can eat 2 to 4 Soaked Dry Anjeer (Fig) at least thrice a week. You can eat them in the morning in an empty stomach with a glass of water. Figs fight hair loss problems and maintain the proper health of the hair after Pregnancy. Always wash Anjeer (Fig) thoroughly and softly before soaking.
