So happy we made it to part 3 of this Six-Pack Abs Challenge. I have seen huge change in my ab now, how about you? I am pretty much confident that I will get a six pack by December, it’s only a matter of time and efforts.
Back to this part, we gonna do planks, plus with some advanced levels. I love challenges, it felt so good to try the workouts that are pretty uneasy, that way I know how far I can go.
Part 1 is to activate and warm up abs muscle, part 2 is upper abs and chest area, part 3 is core muscles, very important guys, so don’t miss this part.
In part 4, we will focus on lower abs, it won’t be easy :)) so make sure you go through part 3 before we go to the next level.
