This yoga sequence is a full body workout. We begin by loosening and warming up our body through sun-salutations. Then we modify sun-salutations to include some strength building aasan, these aasan use body weight to strengthen and build our muscles burning fat in the process. After some core toning aasans we calm down and stretch using variations in chandranamaskar sequence. Finally prepare body for complete rest through sarvaangasana and bridge pose.
This sequence can be practised daily or can be clubbed with other workouts on alternate days.
If your body is feeling very tight, practice iot after a 5-10 minute jog for better accessibility in the aasan.
