Today I’m sharing with you my top stretches to relieve lower back pain and sciatica and eliminate your pain forever!

The majority of back pain is caused by tightness and weakness in the stabilising muscles and malalignment of the pelvis and spine.

These stretches not only help to realign and lengthen the spine and keep the pelvis in it’s neutral position, but they also release tight muscles to relieve your pain and eliminate it for good!
