Life can be stressful sometimes, even when we don’t want it to be. How we cope with these moments is, however, up to us. I think deep breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety are really an act of selflove and selfcare. They always work magic for my mood. Which is why is really wanted to share them with you all.
If you feel stressed or anxious right now, please practice these exercises with me. Take a comfy seat, sit up tall but relaxed, and keep your chest open. And please remember, there are no wrongs here. Simply the act of trying, of slowing down and focussing on your breath, can already help you out.
And it doesn’t stop there. We don’t have to do these breathing exercises just when life gets stressful. We can do them when we feel good and happy too! If you want to learn some breath work to add to your selfcare routine, you’ve come to the right place. 🙂
