Cat & Cow position is a great exercise to loosen off your lower back and ease in mobility and flexibility in a gentle way.
1. Kneel on a mat on your hands and knees
2. Arch up your back in a “angry cat” like pose rounding your shoulders and tucking your pelvis under
3. Then slowly and gently drop your core and arch the other way into the “cow” position, squeezing your shoulder blades together and arching your back but not hyper extending it
4. Repeat the movement
