Here’s a Feel Good Yoga Flow at the beach! This is a simple sequence to move and stretch your body mindfully while enjoying the soothing sound of ocean waves. We don’t hold poses very long in this yoga class. This is a 12-minute yoga flow without planks and chaturangas (a few downward dogs are included) that starts and ends in mountain pose.
