Rule number one in dealing with lower abs is probably no pain no gain. The rectus abdominis muscles are so hard to build! I’ve tried many different positions to really feel the muscle movements, you can actually feel them in every workout. When you can feel your abdominal muscles moving while doing this routine, you are doing it right.
