You can do this in bed right when you wake up! This 10-minute morning yoga practice is a great way to ease any stiffness. We stay seated the whole time (no standing poses) and go through the different movements of the spine and simple stretches. The spinal movements are: extension (backbend – very gentle in this class), flexion (rounding your back), lateral flexion (simple side stretch) and rotation (gentle twist). Feel free to move your head or gaze in any direction depending on how your neck feels. Thanks yogis!
