This short gentle routine is great for the hips and lower back. You can do this routine before or after an exercise routine or you can do it periodically throughout the day. One of my most favorite times to do it is in the morning as soon as I wake up. For some, the best time is right before bed. This is not a strict practice. You know what feels best for your body so use this a guideline to enrich your body and find what works best for you.
