Welcome to 13th episode- GOMUKHASANA. Go- ‘Cow’, Mukha- ‘Face’, Asana- ‘pose’ hence the name Cow Face pose. This posture mainly targets to stretch the shoulders & hips- two of the most common sites for chronic pain & tension in the body.

BENEFITS:
* Stretches triceps, thighs & ankles.
* Improves respiratory health by opening the chest area.
* Good for tight shoulders & upper back.

* Severe Neck and shoulder injuries.
* Recent cervical spine surgeries.
