Your body has the ability to heal itself. This guided sleep meditation and relaxation is designed to help you prepare for deep sleep while you heal 🙂 The black screen will help prevent over-stimulation that can occur with bright lights and screens. The dark screen will enhance the relaxation process as you attempt to relax, meditate, sleep and heal!
There are 3 parts on this meditation journey. I’ve included the time stamps so you can choose to either do all 3 parts or you can choose to use only the part of the meditation that you prefer. However, I do recommend that the best results from this healing sleep meditation will be achieved by doing the entire journey.
I recommended that this healing meditation be used every night as a way of training your own body’s healing response to be activated as you sleep. The more often you use this healing meditation the more effective it will become 🙂
Part 1 (0:00 – 13:30) I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation with a gentle piano lullaby.
Part 2 (13:35) guided meditation and soothing healing music to help elicit the healing response
Part 3 (23:28) Continue to heal while you sleep to the healing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls that play for 25 minutes after the narration stops (lower volume in the background so as not to wake you and to access your subconscious mind while you sleep).
