These yoga adjustments are great for yoga teachers, but also just for trusted friends!

It’s easy for you to give the yoga adjustment for child’s pose or downdog to a friend, family member, or fellow teacher. Just always ask them for feedback so you know your adjustment isn’t too strong 🙂

Of all these yoga adjustments, the forward fold yoga adjustment is my favorite. It feels SO good on my low back (although the Balasana – Child’s Pose – adjustment is a top pick too)
