Hi Movers,

This is a new Budokon Yoga Workouts series, starting with Hip Opener sequence. If you are not familiar with Budokon Yoga, I would recommend you to take a look at Budokon Basics playlist first. It will take you through all the basic poses of Budokon Yoga and ensure that you can follow the flow.

In Hip Opener video, we will start with a warm up to mobilise your body and spine. Then we will wake up that warrior in you by going through a sequence of poses that borrow from martial art world. All of this in anticipation for your favourite hips opener sequence. You will feel wonderful after that flow. You will fill stronger and stretched at the same time. At the very end we will go through stretching and long shavasana.
