Meghan Markle is a former-actress turned Duchess of the United Kingdom. The LA-native became the Duchess of Sussex on her wedding day to Prince Harry in May this year. The stunning Suits star had lots to learn as she joined the British royals. One of these lessons was in how to curtsey, as the new royal will be expect to perform this ancient ritual every time she meet Her Majesty on public.  So, what does Meghan’s curtsey reveal about the former-actress, according to a body language expert? Body language expert Judi James analysed one of the few images of Meghan curtseying, before she even married the Prince. Meghan was seen with the Royal Family on Christmas 2017. Judi James told Express.co.uk that Meghan was keen to please her new family. She said: “Meghan’s early days curtsey suggests just how much effort she put in to get things right. “While husband Harry gives the lead by standing to attention and dropping his head dramatically, Meghan’s curtsey is a very sweet act of respect via body-lowering looks.” Meghan showed deference to the Queen, Judi James claims, by gazing down at the ground during the move. “Her head is dipped low like her husband’s and her eyes are on the ground, signalling a desire to illustrate high levels of respect. “Her arms are pulled into her torso and her hand clasp with her bag is formed low to her body.” Yoga-fan Meghan also shows off how very fit she is with this neat curtsey, Judi said.  “With only what looks like a small step back and with the weight on what looks like both feet Meghan then lowers or sinks her torso straight downward towards the ground by bending both of her knees. “This curtsey is a testament to her ability to balance well and to be hugely fit. “Most of us would have been wobbling or even worse found our knees giving out on the way up again.” Images of Meghan Markle’s yoga poses show an impressive amount of flexibility for a woman in their 30s.  Meghan has previously revealed on her now closed webite The Tig: “There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga…increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.”Who is Meghan Markle?
