In this video, I am breaking down Sirsasana, headstand.
This is a pose that a lot want to perform. Please be aware that this is an advanced pose. Please make sure you are warmed up and prepared. Listen to your body and do not go upside down if you don’t feel confortable.

In this video, there are different exercises that you can do at home to work on your headstand base.

By practicing regularly, you will develop. I’d advice you to keep doing the exercice until you feel at ease in the pose.
