But the good news is that yoga really is a great way to get more from mnemonics. Yoga for concentration and memory combines well with the Memory Palace technique if you apply the two memory improvement exercises in particular ways.
Meditation for concentration and memory also plays a role, and the Mind Palace approach does wonders when using a Memory Palace for studying.
For example, I like to use the Magnetic Memory Method modifications of the method of loci with Kirtan Kriya, to take one example.
