For the third day of our 30 day yoga challenge for the new year we are talking about starting yoga at home if are a beginner yoga student. If you are brand new to yoga, I will take you step by step through how to start yoga at home for beginners. We will begin by going through the different styles of yoga from power yoga, vinyasana yoga, ashtanga yoga, kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra. From there I will address common issues like creating a yoga space, getting your props together and choosing a time of day to practice. I will also recommend some YouTube videos to practice yoga at home so you can do yoga for beginners when you are just starting out.
