Increase Your Life Energy by Eating as a Yogi – Sadhguru 2017

Sadhguru explains different type of foods and certain foods we should avoid for feeling the life energy. There is a saying that we are what we eat. We should eat what our body needs not our mind.

There are certain foods which are energetic by nature and there are certain foods which are lethargic by nature.

Sadhguru explains about those foods and yogic culture about foods.

There is 3 type of yogic foods.

1- Positive Pranic food
2- Negative Pranic Food
3- Zero Pranic Food

Positive pranic foods are mainly raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts. By eating positive pranic food we create more energy in our body and it helps to reduce and increase the quality of our sleep. Whereas negative pranic foods are mainly nerve stimulants like coffee, tea, sugar, onion, garlic and similar stuff. By taking these kinds of food you create more lethargic nature in the body. So we should eat more positive pranic food.

In this video Sadhguru says; When we say food we are talking about the material with which we build up we will this body right now physically what we consider as ourselves is essentially a heap of food that we have eaten so how can we not pay attention to this because it is the building material with which we are building this body and when we build something we must know towards what purpose we are building it if you want to build this building however wonderful the design is the material that goes into it makes the difference so the design may be great but what kind of material we actually structured this body with makes a whole world of difference right now largely in every culture people are eating the way they are eating.
