This is a 30-minute workout that combines natural movements with higher intensity. No equipment needed! Just a mat or comfortable floor space.
In this practice, you’ll be challenged to move beyond exercise. The workout opens with a warm series, then a primary series of 7 movements, and time at the end for recovery.
Natural movements focus on adaptable movement skills. You’ll blend strength & power with mobility & balance for an energizing workout that will work you hard but not leave you broken.
