INTERMEDIATE LEVEL HATHA YOGA – This is a full practice instructional yoga video. The practice starts with a centering to focus body and mind, some pranayama breathing, warmups, floor and standing postures including a balancing posture. You should be familiar with the practice of yoga and have an intermediate level of strength and flexibility. The emphasis of this yoga video is on flexibility and strength of the legs, arms and back. Postures include camel, extended lateral angle, triangle, plow, shoulder stand, unsupported fish posture and more. As always with any exercise program you should be aware of your body’s capabilities and limitations. Listen to your body and release any posture that feels uncomfortable.
