This workout is great for a Chest Day Finisher OR a complete at home workout when you don’t have a lot of equipment or time. This workout will take you 15-16 minutes and can be done 2-4 times a week depending on how fast you can recover. This is a circuit workout, so all 4 exercises are performed right after each other. Here is the full workout and it is Gain Certified!!!
***CIRCUIT***
1) Floor Dumbbell Press x 10 reps (Count 4 seconds on the way down and squeeze your chest for 1-2 seconds at the top of every single rep)
1) Floor Dumbbell Fly x 10 reps (Count 3-4 seconds on the way down and squeeze chest for 1-2 seconds at the top of every single rep)
1) Kneeling Plate Front Raise x 10 reps ( Hold the plate for 2-4 seconds at eye level and then go down slow)
1) Kneeling Side Raise x 10 reps (Hold each rep at the top for 2 seconds and then count 1-2 seconds on the way down)
***DO ALL OF THESE EXERCISES ONE AFTER THE OTHER & THEN REST FOR 30-45 seconds and REPEAT THIS AGAIN 3 MORE TIMES FOR A TOTAL OF 4 ROUNDS!!!
