Low Back Pain is a series focusing on improving spinal flexibility and strength, mostly related to lumbar spine. Most of the videos will present stretching, strengthening and massage exercises.
Due to the diversity of this pathology, we recommend that anyone suffering from chronic low back pain get medical clearance before practicing any exercise. Additionally, if you have any pre-existent injury or disease, also talk to your doctor before practicing yoga.
This video contain basic exercises used to relief back pain, mostly caused by sitting or bad posture. Each new video will contain different exercises and might use different props such as foam roller and yoga straps.
