Video: In this video I’m going to tell you about how your lower back pain may be due to a vitamin D deficiency and how to help fix it.

Vitamin D deficiency can cause a lot of ailments that we experience with older age such as bone loss, bone pain, fatigue, hair loss, muscle soreness and you guessed it, lower back pain! (yes, vitamin d deficiency is one of the lower back pain causes) As someone getting up there in age I know what it’s like to experience signs of aging. I’ve felt that annoying lower back pain that forces you stop what you’re doing and take a seat to relief the stress off that lower back. According to a recent study, 41% of adults in the US have a vitamin d deficiency and one of the common risks for vitamin d deficiency is being elderly. So get ready because I’m going to tell you how lower back pain may be a sign of having low Vitamin D levels in the blood. Numerous Large studies have found a relationship between Vitamin D deficiency and chronic lower back pain. One study examined the relationship between Vitamin D levels and back pain in more than 9,000 older women. The researches found that the women with a Vitamin D deficiency were more likely to have back pain that limited their daily activities. In a controlled study, people with a Vitamin D deficiency were almost twice as likely to experience bone or joint pain compared to those with normal Vitamin D levels.
