Amazing Yog Mudra to practice in the morning
Oga morning is amazing! After 7-8 hours (hopefully) to close the eye, our body gives an impressive response to the movement, and our brain is clear and receptive to thoughts and positive messages. Our breath is ready to deepen and expand our power for us, and our energy is waiting to shake after a long nap.
There are innumerable postures and incredible yoga postures which have unbelievable advantages, so it was really difficult for me to choose a list of 10. What I have chosen can not be very traditional (most of my list’s classic floor currencies are missing), but I want to customize my practice in my modern lifestyle.
