Hi Everyone!
In today’s video, I want to share with you my workout routine at home! I gained quite a lot of weight during my pregnancy, and when Alex was 8 months old I almost got to the pre-pregnancy weight but afterward, I started gaining weight again. All the stress I’ve been having since June last year contributed to my weight gain, I stopped taking care of myself and I didn’t care much of what I was eating. This year one of my goals is to be healthier and this is the start of my weight loss, I try to exercise more often, eat healthy foods and drink more water.
I hope this video is going to motivate you if you are trying to lose some weight or want to start working out. It might not be the best workout for some of you, but for me it’s perfect. I don’t need any equipment and I don’t have to go to any gym.
Part of my workouts are from Anna Saccone’s channel, she is one of my favorite moms here on YouTube and I love the workouts she does at home, they are perfect for me.
