Plan to spend most of your time lifted in plank and moving seamlessly through transitions. Then plunk down on the mat for some intense targeted and isolated abs using not only the weight of your legs to increase the difficulty but also the overball behind you. Then see how good you are at playing ball toss between your hands and feet ! 😉 This flow was inspired from Kristi’s many instagram challenges. You will develop more endurance as this workout is about keeping the movement going start to end. You will finish with better posture, a stronger core, a more connected mind and body, stronger shoulders, and a more flexible spine. Have fun and remember if you want more, come back as many times as you like and repeat. Repetition and practice is what makes us stronger and helps us achieve our fitness goals !
