In this class we focus on working our core, staying grounded while we still fly. We will flow continuously for 30 minutes to build our strength, stamina and grace. There isn’t anything like a Vinyasa Flow to get things moving! Let’s work our root chakras, find our stability as we build strength in our legs, core, and entire body.
