I have been so persistence with my yoga practices throughout the pregnancy even though my strength decreases dramatically, and I believe because of it that is why at 37 weeks my baby is already in the position for deliver. These experiences are so simple and easy. What you need is being regular with it.
My mantra is that even though there is no medical prove, surely it doesn’t hurt to do what we can to support our pregnancy and delivery.
