YOGA POSTURE BASICS
In this Yoga Video I, Marianne give you instructions on how to do the Yin Yoga pose: Twist, but whilst having the spine in a straight line also known as Reclining Twist. A great pose to relieve tension in the upper body!

YOGA BENEFITS
Physical benefits*:
This Yoga pose allows you to:
+ stretch the obliques (core muscles)
+ stretch the major back muscles
+ twist the spine
+ compress the vertebrae on one side of the torso (on the side that you turn to) and increase the bone-density
+ stretch the back muscles on the opposite side
