This is a short sequence for pregnant women in their second and third trimester.
I am a certified pregnancy yoga teacher, but please note parts of this video may not be suitable for you personally. If unsure, ask your midwife or doctor before starting yoga.
I recommend going to class or having 1:1 sessions if possible, so a teacher can adapt to your personal needs and ensure you perform the poses correctly.
I have created this video to support my community and allow them to keep their body moving even when they can’t make it to class.
