Welcome to my PRENATAL YOGA classes.

This third episode is to open up and release tightness from your hips and hamstrings. I’ve been suffering a lot from tight hips and hammies during my pregnancy, and by practicing these exercises, I could enjoy my journey to become a mom with more ease and joy, and I hope to bring the same experience to you.

All classes are great for any trimester and for all levels of practitioners.
You do not need any prior yoga experience to be able to enjoy this yoga classes with me. We are going to stretch, move, relax, strengthen and prepare our body for labor. Make sure to listen to your body and perform only what is accessible to you and your body. The more you gonna move and practice than more natural it becomes.
