Movement #1: Goddess pose
• Bend the knees and sit the hips down until your knees and hips are at the same height
• Knees should be stacked over your ankles and pointing the same direction as your toes

Movement #2: Half pigeon
• Shift the weight back and move the left leg backwards to create more intensity
• Switch sides and repeat

Movement #3: Resistant hip stretch
• Hold each movement for 5 seconds
• Push into hands with the back of your legs
• Push into hands with the top of your thigh
• Pull legs apart and into hands with the outside of your thighs
• Squeeze legs together while resisting into the hands

Movement #4: Supported bridge
• Lift the hips up and slide the bolster underneath the sacrum
• Lower hips onto bolster
• If it feels alright, extend the legs out onto the ground

Movement #5: Open faced supine twist
• Place right ankle just above left knee
• Let both knees drop to the right
• Repeat second side
