A 20min sequence to alleviate the symptoms of Nausea and heartburn, common during pregnancy.
This sequence is suitable to practice from 14 weeks of pregnancy.
As always the practice is about listening intently to your breath and your body.
If something doesn’t feel good, come out take rest and then try again or skip if unsuitable.
Let your breath be your guide and if it changes or becomes short or ragged then stop and take rest.
