Yoga for Low Back Hips and Knees

As a Yoga Therapist, the most common complaint of chronic pain is low back pain. Fortunately, I have been able to help people to manage and even heal their back pain with these and other exercise done regularly. We hear of the many hip replacement surgeries going on in this country and many of them did not need to occur. Same story knees. Sometimes when we strengthen and stabilize theses areas, surgeries are absolutely unnecessary. Sitting for many hours can weaken our gluteal muscles, which can lead to weakness in all 3 of theses areas so included in this practice are a series of strengtheners. Kat will guide you through poses that are guided by your breathing to calm and relax your mind while your body begins the healing process.
