This prenatal yoga flow is designed specifically for 2nd trimester mamas!! We connect breath to movement as we gently open up the hips, side body and allow the energy to flow through the entire body. Always, listen to your body. Follow your intuition. If something doesn’t feel good, stop. If a pose feels really good, keep doing it. Congratulations of your pregnancy!! It’s such a magical time.
