You’re in the home stretch!

This practice is to help mamas in their third trimester, open their hips (which can relieve low back pain + help baby move into position for birth), tap into that amazing mama’s intuition, and get some much needed rest and relaxation — all things that will be quite helpful when it’s time to give birth!

But this isn’t a super gentle practice. I don’t handle mamas with kid gloves. I think it’s important to remain physically active and working on strengthening as well as stretching. You are stronger than you think you are.

Of course, always ALWAYS listen to your body and back off when you need to rest.
