For this quick arm strength video, you’re going to need a heavy book or a yoga block (preferably a cork or wooden yoga block). We’ll start with a centering, and then move into a shoulder strengthening exercise, before coming into plank then side plank, and then we’ll move into two different types of push ups before doing the whole thing one more time through. As always, be gentle with yourself, listen to your body, work within a pain-free range, and take breaks as needed.
