Shoulder Pain Relief Exercises by a Sports Physiotherapist: I’ve been suffering with shoulder flexion pain for years so I got a sports massage therapist to assess my tight anterior deltoids and give me some exercises to help target and loosen the tension in my traps and shoulders.

As an office worker I am prone to lean forward, I’ve been advised to increase my lower trap muscles to help naturally improve my posture by bringing my shoulders into a better positioning.

I will also aim to start weekly sports massage therapy to help improve various problem areas for my tight muscles for shoulder flexibility and also my left hip flexion.

Overall i want need to do more hip & shoulder flexion and extension exercises as the deltoid pain is becoming worse.
