Ryan Atlas shows you several stretches and movement techniques to loosen up your body and increase movement in your backbends. There are some things to help you loosen up your hips and and strengthen your lower back and the entire rear line of your body. He is shown doing the front splits and you might recognie some of the movements he does that are from tai chi and gyrokinesis. Everything is meant to open up and strengthen the entire body.
