Welcome to this Simple Yin Yoga video. This Yin Yoga for Beginners is a full Yin Yoga Class and it is 20 mins long. It is a 20 minute yoga class for relaxation.
This is not your regular Calisthenics class so many call Yoga. This is about the Asanas and preparing the body to open and relax. To get the body into the parasympathetic nervous system. Each of the poses is 4-5 minutes long so be prepared and get comfortable in each pose, going to only about 60% of your capabilities. Over time this will wield great results. This class can be done by itself or in conjunction to the mental class you will find that comes after it in the Yoga training playlist found here:
