WEEK 32 – This week is all about support. We need to begin and continue to accept the support we need in growing a child and bringing him or her into this world. Here’s a sequence this week to utilize props to feel supported in each pose and heal tension created while pregnant. We warm up on the mat and then still get into a standing sequence including finding balance in half moon pose. Our center of balance is really starting to become quite different with carrying our babies.
bolster, and maybe blocks and a cushion for under your knees if you’re mat is not thick enough.
