It’s time for some quick 30 minute check-in asana classes! We have been hard at work behind the scenes here at FreeYogaTV the last few months with lots of new content coming out in the new year (( you can keep up with the behind the scenes on my blog @ http://www.patreon.com/freeyoga ))
I am releasing this series as a way to check in with our anamaya kosha (our physical body experience) during these busy times. Asana, the physical exercise that we do, is only one of the eight limbs in patanjali’s yoga sutras, and as we explore into all of these other limbs of yoga in the new year, I wanted to have these little 30 minute check-ins to make sure the opening of physical body can continue right along with the opening of our own unique journeys.
