This is a quick yoga stretch practice targeting the hips and thighs. We take the hip joint through different movements and stretch the muscles surrounding the hips. These gentle movements and poses will help relieve tightness and stiffness in the hips, quads, hamstrings, outer hips, inner thighs, and pelvic area. I leave you with a few minutes of silence at the end for relaxation or meditation.
