Here’s a terrific pose for stretching out your hips, hip flexors, torso and shoulders. It’s simply a low lunge with a side bend. This pose is ideal for anyone who does weight lifting, running, cycling or has a desk job. It’s easy to do and very accessible. You’ll feel looser and more relaxed after doing this pose. Enjoy! 🙂
