STRONG BEGINNERS VINYASA FLOW YOGA CLASS – 45 MINS
Hi there!
This practice takes us back to the basics while keeping us moving continuously. We start off with strong foundational poses and end with sweet held poses like pigeon and twists. If you’re already a strong intermediate or advanced practitioner, this could be a good class to share with a friend who is newer to Vinyasa. It might also just be a nice, basic practice for getting grounded. You may find it helpful to have a blanket and a block or pillow,.
