I’m so excited to finally be launching a Mandala series here for you all to try out.

Mandala yoga is a great way to aid meditation, and when we practice a Mandala Vinyasa Flow sequence, we make a circle or travel 360 degrees around the mat through a four part sequence. The sequencing may have a single focus, such as opening the hips, or combine multiple areas of focus. Today’s practice will focus on twisting.

It’s great to loosen up the back, reduce pain, build strength and lose weight.

So grab your mat, and get ready to awaken and heat up your body with this fiery practice!
