Part I of the classical postures contains:
– Head Stand
– Palm Pose
– Shavasana
and comes along with variations of the pose and preparatory exercises to strengthen the required muscles.

These asanas are part of the classical programme and can help balance your whole hormonal system. So with a regular practise you can feel more clear and aware, your moods can become light and balanced as well as increasing your physical and mental health and well-being. When your body calmes down and your mind becomes stable and at peace it can enable you to reach deeper states of meditation.
